If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for store credit. If you want a refund, a 15% handling fee will be charged to cover transaction fees and shipping.
If you are uncertain about your purchase on receipt of your product, please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it.
All returns should be in ‘as new condition and unused.
When returning items to Emrin, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
Faulty Goods
Occasionally, manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us.

We will test and check the product. Once we are happy that the condition and fault are valid, we will send you a replacement one with our courier at our expense.
Shipping Returned Goods
You will need to send the faulty/returned product to us to inspect.
